Shipping Policy

SK-Tronics reserves to right to amend its policies at any time, with or without notice. If you have any questions, please visit our contact page.

 GENERAL INFORMATION

  • We accept VISA/MasterCard/AMEX/Discover/PayPal 
  • You can also pay by check, ACH, Wire Transfer (Please contact us for banking information)
  • If your shipping address and billing address does not match, your transaction might be manually reviewed before processing. If you have any issues, please contact us.

SHIPMENT TERMS

  • We do not currently ship to the following countries due to Restrictions/Availability of reliable delivery methods.

                   Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Central Africa, El Salvador, Mexico, Honduras, Argentina, Venezuela.

  • All in-stock orders will be fulfilled within within 24 hours from the date of order, Monday-Friday. All orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. 
  • We will not be responsible for any customs fees, taxes and duties once the order is dispatched. All international orders will be dispatched as FOB.
  • If you'd like to use your own courier, please include the courier name (UPS,FedEx etc.) and the account number in the "notes" section of your order.

 

TERMS OF SALE

  • Any units on backorder will be dispatched within 24 hours, once the merchandise is received from manufacturer/distrubutor. Backordered products are non-cancellable for 30 days past the promised ship date.
  • Any technical details are provided for convenience and reference. The information stated is provided by manufacturer. SK-Tronics is not responsible for any discrepancies resulting from 3rd party information.
  • SK-Tronics will determine the fastest and most economical shipping method based on the items ordered, package size and destination. Any international orders over $200.00 will also be insured in case of loss/damage. In the case of any missing or damaged items, the buyer agrees to follow procedures set forth by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
  • Any lead times provided are factory estimates. Lead time is calculated from the date of payment, not the date of order.
  • We currently offer NET 30 terms only to our customers located within the United States. All international orders must be pre-paid.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • All returns must be in original packaging (retail or bulk when applicable). 
  • Any defective items will be replaced/refunded at no cost to buyer. 
  • Buyer must return all products before a refund can be provided.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with or without reason,
  • Electrical components such as toroids, motors, and wiring cannot be returned, unless the parts are defective.
  • Unless the product is dead on arrival (DOA), or defective, or incorrect, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. 
  • A Re-stocking fee of 15% will apply to all sealed Computer Products. 

 

PRE-ORDERS & LEAD TIMES

 

  • ALL Pre-orders can be cancelled PRIOR to the expected delivery date at no penalty. No cancellations will be made to pre-orders after the expected delivery date for 14 days in case of factory delays.
  • Expected delivery dates are provided by the factory and can change at any time. 
  • The customer has the right to cancel any pre-orders not delivered within 30 days of expected delivery for a full refund of their purchase price.
  • ALL Pre-orders are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If the item shows in-stock, then it can still be pre-ordered.
